8. PAYMENT TERMS AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE DISCLOSURE

We use various payment methods to provide in-app purchases of virtual coins (the "Coins"). The rates at which you can purchase Coins may change periodically without prior notice, depending on market conditions or other factors.

• You acknowledge that your in-app transactions are not subject to a refund unless the transaction is invalid due to technical difficulties.
• We have no liability for any losses resulting from fluctuations in currency exchange rates and payment terms applied by third-party service providers.
• All payments for Coins made through our services will be processed at the rate of exchange prevailing when you make each transaction.

9. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You acknowledge that Aristocrat Leisure Limited, Product Madness Inc., their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents have no liability to you or any other person arising out of your use of our Services. You agree:

• To indemnify, defend, release, waive, protect, shield, compensate, make whole, remunerate, and hold harmless us from all claims, demands, damages, losses, actions, proceedings, costs, charges, disbursements, or expenses.
• Not to seek reimbursement for any damage incurred by you due to the inaccessibility of certain functions within our App.

10. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

Aristocrat Leisure Limited and Product Madness Inc. retain all proprietary rights in their intellectual property (including without limitation trade marks, copyrights, patents, trademarks) related to or used within the Services. You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, alter or tamper with our App or software.

11. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
